Terms of Service

1. Service Provider
The service is provided by Stellarum, operating under the Stellarum brand. You can contact us at kontakt@stellarum.pl.
2. Service Description
Stellarum provides a weekly astrological reading subscription service. Subscribers gain access to personalised astrological readings available in their user panel at stellarum.pl/panel. Notifications about new readings are sent to the email address provided during registration. Content is generated by Stellarum's automated system.
3. Free Trial
New users may take advantage of a 14-day free trial. Payment card details are required at sign-up, but the card will not be charged until the trial period ends. If the user does not cancel before the end of the trial, the chosen plan will be charged automatically.
4. Agreement
The agreement is formed upon activation of the subscription after the trial period ends, or upon the first payment. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. By subscribing you consent to the processing of personal data provided during sign-up.
5. Payments & Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription via the user panel at stellarum.pl/panel.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time without giving a reason. Cancellation stops charges from the next billing period. Access to the service continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at kontakt@stellarum.pl.
7. Personal Data Protection
The data controller is Stellarum. Personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — for the purpose of performing the subscription service agreement. Data processed includes: email address, date of birth, and preferences provided during registration. Data is not shared with third parties except the payment processor Paddle.com, to the extent necessary for payment processing. Users have the right to access, correct, delete and port their data. 8. Intellectual Property
All content published by Stellarum, including astrological readings, is protected by copyright and is the property of Stellarum. Copying or redistribution without consent is prohibited.
9. Final Provisions
Stellarum reserves the right to amend these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the court of the service provider's registered seat.
